About
About Waterloo Carpet Cleaning
A direct booking line for one vetted, insured carpet cleaner working in rental houses, condos, family homes and offices across Waterloo and the townships beside it.
Waterloo Carpet Cleaning is a booking line, and it says so. It is not a cleaning company and does not present itself as one. Its purpose is narrow: when a landlord has a move-out date, a tenant is handing back keys, a condo owner wants the bedrooms done or an office manager Uptown needs the carpet tile on a schedule, the request reaches one vetted, insured local carpet cleaner directly, without the usual round of forms, callbacks and per-room specials that fall apart at the stairs.
The carpet cleaner behind the line carries their own liability insurance and WSIB coverage, cleans to the ANSI/IICRC S100 standard, puts the quote in writing after a pre-inspection, and answers for the result. Your details are not resold and no one bids on your job.
The site tries to be clear about limits and about whose question is whose. Extraction removes soil, most stains and pet odour that has not gone beyond where treatment can reach; it does not restore worn fibre or faded colour, and no product poured through a carpet rescues a saturated underpad. Who owes what for a carpet at the end of a tenancy is the Landlord and Tenant Board's question, and this site summarises the Board's own brochure rather than offering legal advice. The carpet cleaner's contribution to that question is a dated, neutral record of the carpet before and after, available to whichever party asks for it.
Some work is declined: leather, carpet that has been flooded or hit by a sewer backup and needs restoration rather than cleaning, rugs whose dyes fail the test, and turnover cleans requested for the last day of the month after the dates have gone. Saying no early is better than doing those badly.
How this works
When you call 289-275-9640 or send the form, your details go straight to the carpet cleaner covering Waterloo, not to a list and not to a call centre. Calls go to voicemail when they are on a job, which for most of the day they are, and the message and your number reach them immediately by text and email. Expect a call back the same day or the next working day. Useful things to include: the address or neighbourhood, the rooms and whether stairs are included, the move-out and move-in dates if it is a turnover, how access will work, whether there are or were pets, the floor and building rules if it is a condo, and for an office, the square metres and the hours the space is free. A written quote follows, confirmed at the pre-inspection on the day before any water goes on the floor.
What we won't do
- Publish reviews we didn't earn. When we have them, they'll be real ones with names.
- Quote a firm price before someone has seen the job.
- Send anyone into your property who we would not have in our own.
